How to use this routine

Kojic Acid, topical Tranexamic Acid and Alpha-Arbutin have separate identities and evidence boundaries. A three-active serum and an Alpha-Arbutin plus Kojic Acid cream provide finished-formula context, not a reason to buy or layer all three ingredients separately. Start one product once daily or every other day for four weeks while sunscreen and the rest of the routine remain stable.

Why this structure?

A rotation reduces layers and makes irritation traceable; it does not imply universal chemical conflict. Kojic Acid needs more caution on an impaired barrier, topical Tranexamic Acid cannot borrow oral or injectable evidence, and Alpha-Arbutin remains separate from generic Arbutin, Beta-Arbutin and Hydroquinone.

Who may find this useful?

  • People simplifying several brightening serums
  • People who can confirm exact INCIs
  • People with a stable sunscreen habit

Weekly schedule

Weeks 1 to 4
Introduce one finished brightening product only.
After stability
Add a second product at another time or on alternate days only when needed.
Every day
Keep broad-spectrum sunscreen consistent.

How to track reactions

  • Record the exact INCI rather than only brightening serum.
  • Compare tone appearance every four weeks under similar lighting.
  • Stop the newest product for persistent stinging, itching, redness or a rash.
  • Record sunscreen coverage and major exposure changes.

Main precautions

  • Do not convert study percentages into general consumer directions.
  • Kojic Dipalmitate, generic Arbutin and medical-route Tranexamic Acid are outside exact identity.
  • Multi-active finished formulas do not isolate Pairs or prove synergy.
  • Stop for persistent burning, itching, swelling or a rash.

How to adjust

  • Sensitive skin may start every other day or three times weekly.
  • Treat a product containing two ingredients as one finished product.
  • Reduce layers or split timing when products pill.
  • Review sunscreen and the goal before adding a third product.

Next step

What changes after four weeks?

If one product is comfortable after four weeks and a second is still useful, place the second at another time of day or on alternate days without increasing the first product. Keep a multi-active finished formula as the only brightening step.
